New 3D sensor indicates when the box is full

With advanced 3D monitoring, the ZMX sensor can see how full a container or box is.

One of the challenges you often face when determining the level in a container is that sensors often measure at individual points, not over the entire surface of the area. This can cause challenges if the content you are measuring is unevenly shaped or stacked. You have e.g. difficulty seeing peaks in a container. ZMX is different as it measures the entire container with 3D technology. It measures the entire content of the defined area, incl. top of the pile. It can be practical when you e.g. fills cardboard boxes into a container.

At the same time as the ZMX measures the highest points in the given container, it also measures how full the container is, measured as a percentage. It makes it possible to set up a system which both measures and indicates the status of various containers/boxes/containers. Eg. it will be obvious to connect light indicators to the ZMX. Employees thus have an overview of when containers must be emptied or moved.

Easy and uncomplicated

ZMX makes level monitoring simple and effective.

  • The sensor is mounted where desired.
  • It connects to a PC with a piece of software.
  • With the software, the sensor range and criteria are defined.
  • The sensor is ready for use.

Depending on your needs, it may be obvious to add indicators to get the most out of the sensor.
